A daily exercise routine can reduce arthritis pains for the elderly, improve their mood, sleep and blood sugar control, and memory. For caregiver’s elderly patients who cannot stand, here are seated exercises which can prevent hip fractures.
The key to an effective exercise is repetition so, caregivers and patients must do the exercise daily for best results. It is also important for caregivers to assist the patient while doing the exercise.
