Require Permanent Assistance With ADLs
Care recipients, including those with mental and intellectual disability, need to be assessed by a qualified assessor to be unable to perform three or more Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), as below, permanently.
Household Means Test
- The care recipient should be living together with the FDW employer at the same NRIC-registered address.
- Household monthly income per person must be ≤ $2,600.
– If you do not have any household income, annual value of property must be < $13,000.
